Bumblebee Conservation
We donate 50 pence from every sale to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. Bumblebees are essential pollinators, enabling plants to reproduce and produce the fruits, vegetables, and seeds we rely on for food. Approximately 80% of flowering plants and 75% of global food crops rely on pollinators like bumblebees to ensure successful pollination, which is why they’re vital for our well-being. Due to pesticides, the numbers have been declining, but thanks to charities such as the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, they can make a triumphant return.
Compostable Packaging
Our packaging is 100% compostable and made entirely from non-GMO plant fibres. It costs us more to use compostable packaging, but it is much better for the environment. It reduces reliance on harmful plastic packaging, sequesters carbon from the atmosphere, and can be turned into nutrient-rich compost, enhancing soil structure and benefiting the environment.
